Future of Health Forum:
Friday Oct 18 an additional conference day will happen on the same site. Accelerate Okanagan, BC Cancer, Interior Health, and The University of British Columbia (UBC) have joined forces to launch an annual Future of Health Forum for health researchers, clinicians, innovators, entrepreneurs, and members of the public to connect and exchange ideas. This year, The Future of Health Forum will focus on cancer and the patient journey. This inaugural event is an amazing opportunity for clinical and academic colleagues to share their perspectives on the complex problems facing the health-care system today and to engage the OKGNtech community to assist in developing innovative solutions. Everyone attending the Interior Cancer Conference is invited to register for this Future of Health Forum day, as well. The price is $50 and includes lunch, refreshments, and the evening reception and documentary showing.
The Interior Cancer Conference planning committee has secured a very limited number of hotel rooms. These will be first-come, first-served, with priority to those travelling more than 45 minutes to Kelowna. Please email Krista Clement to apply for these accommodations.
